Important notes when making a mid-session deposit

Note that if there is no gameplay for 20 minutes, you will be automatically forced to exit.Since communication occurs between QC and Kamikaze, after performing a deposit operation, please keep the deposit page open and wait until the deposit is reflected. If the deposit is not reflected when you return to the game screen, try reloading. We cannot provide any compensation for forced exits, so please be careful.

The reels stopped spinning during manual play

During manual play, if you press the stop button before the reels start spinning, the reels may not move.In such cases, try pressing the lever again, reloading, or switching to auto-play to resume reel movement. If the reels still do not move, please contact support.

I sat at an available machine and it was already in a jackpot. Is it okay to continue playing?

No.

If you enter a machine and find that it is still in the middle of a jackpot (e.g., during BB, RB, AT, ART, Valvrave’s E7 error screen), you cannot continue playing.

This is because the previous player may have been forcibly exited due to a system error, connection issue, or server trouble, and they may have the right to resume their game.

This rule is in place to prevent unauthorized takeover of machines during jackpots, so we ask for your cooperation.

If you continue playing on a machine in the middle of a jackpot without permission, the amount equivalent to the positive difference in coins obtained will be deducted.Furthermore, if the management deems the act malicious, all winnings will be confiscated, and future access may be prohibited.

Additionally, after a forced exit, you lose all rights to the machine. We cannot respond to inquiries regarding this matter.

If you find a machine in the middle of a jackpot upon entering (sitting), please report it to support.Generally, the machine will be reset or opened to the public after the jackpot is processed, but depending on the situation, it may not be made available. Also, even if it is made available, it may take some time to do so.

I make mistakes in the button order when an order-navigation prompt appears during auto play

The auto-play feature offered by Kamikaze is provided as a service and does not guarantee 100% game play. If you are concerned about your game, manual play is recommended. No compensation will be provided for any losses incurred through autoplay.

In “Million God: Kamigami no Gaisen,” I sometimes press the wrong order when an order-navigation prompt appears

The machine internally generates a push-order navigation system when a right-up diagonal yellow 7or a replay is hit, but a warning sound may be emitted if the push-order is not pressed according to the navigation system. This is due to the machine’s specifications, and the navi is generated as a dramatic effect when an uncontested role is hit, and ignoring the navi does not result in a penalty. There is no problem if the player does not press the button according to the Navi.

In “Saint Seiya: Sea Emperor Awakening,” I sometimes press the wrong order when an order-navigation prompt appears

Although a push-order error may occur on some of the replays and during the CB, a push-order-less role is formed internally and is not treated as a loss of number of cards or a penalty.

In “SLOT Puella Magi Madoka Magica,” I sometimes press the wrong order when an order-navigation prompt appears

Although a push order error may occur when a bell is established during MB, a push order error is internally established and is not treated as a loss of cards or a penalty.

Also, a push-order error may occur when a replay is established during ART; if a push-order error is made when an ART-dropping replay is established, the player falls to the ART Preparation state. This is a replay that should not be missed, but it will immediately return to ART because the ART promoting replay is immediately established. If you are concerned about this, manual play is recommended.

Auto play does not line up 777

Under the current specifications, digesting a bonus during autoplay may not be the best procedure. If you are concerned, you have no choice but to use manual play to digest. It appears that the program will be corrected in the future.

Is there any compensation if I am forcibly exited during play?

Due to Valvrave’s specifications, play will be disabled when the credit reaches 16373. In this case, play can be resumed by having the local staff cancel the error. We will inform support of this.

In rare cases, we have confirmed that the E7 error cannot be cleared (e.g., an E8 error occurs when clearing the E7 error). In such cases, the only way to clear the RAM or change the settings is to clear the RAM or change the settings. Please understand this in advance.

Auto play does not line up 777

We have confirmed that it may not be aligned at one time. The program will be corrected in the future.

Is there any compensation if I am forcibly exited during play?

If a player has not operated a game table for 1 minute or has not played a game for 20 minutes after entering a room, the player will be forced to leave the game table. The system will record all the circumstances in which the player was forced to leave, and there will be no compensation if the player is found to have forcibly left due to his/her own reasons (e.g., forcibly leaving due to falling asleep or the player pressing the exit button himself/herself).

Autoplay is provided as a service and 100% game-playing performance is not guaranteed. It is not a guarantee of 100% game performance. Please note that there is no compensation in case the autoplay is interrupted when you are not looking at the screen, and you are forced to leave the game after 20 minutes of inactivity.

Another player took my machine while I was playing

We have not confirmed any bugs of sudden robbery, but it seems that some users are targeting only after exiting.
Please be careful when clicking the “Exit” button. If a player presses the Exit button himself, the next player has the right to do so in any case.

If a player is forced to leave the game without having pressed the exit button and the table is suddenly taken, immediately contact the in-game support with the table number, model name, and situation. (Except for the forced ejection process that takes place after 1 minute of inactivity after being seated at the table and 20 minutes of inactivity after playing a game.)

No video is displayed, and the machine is frozen

It is most likely a glitch on the site side. If reloading does not improve the problem, contact in-game support for assistance.
It may be helpful to save a picture or video of the situation to facilitate further action.

The data counter shows that the game has exceeded the maximum game count (tenjō), but no bonus is triggered (Eureka Seven, Code Geass)

The current kamikaze data counter does not raise (does not clear) the counter on ART for Eureka Seven and code Geass
